Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / SLPA) – Home Health
Pure Hearts Therapy is hiring Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to provide home-based speech therapy services to children with developmental disabilities across Phoenix and surrounding Arizona communities.
This is a flexible, relationship-driven pediatric home health role for independent contractors who value autonomy, meaningful sessions, and family-centered care.

Position Details
Position: Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP/SLPA)
Location: Phoenix, AZ, and surrounding communities
Setting: Home-based pediatric therapy
Schedule: Flexible, based on your availability
Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
What You’ll Do
Provide individualized pediatric speech and language therapy services
Address expressive language, receptive language, articulation, social communication, and pragmatic skills
Support feeding and oral-motor development when within scope of practice
Collaborate closely with caregivers to support carryover into daily routines
Complete evaluations (SLP), care plans (SLP), and progress reports in compliance with requirements
Communicate with families, support coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members
Responsibilities may vary slightly based on licensure and scope of practice.
Requirements
Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), or Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Article 9 certification
CPR / First Aid certification
Professional liability insurance
AZ Centralized Background Check (CBC)
Reliable transportation for home visits
Pediatric experience preferred. New graduates welcome with pediatric fieldwork experience.
