Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP / SLPA) – Home Health

Pure Hearts Therapy is hiring Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to provide home-based speech therapy services to children with developmental disabilities across Phoenix and surrounding Arizona communities.

This is a flexible, relationship-driven pediatric home health role for independent contractors who value autonomy, meaningful sessions, and family-centered care.

Why You’ll Love Working at Pure Hearts Therapy

At Pure Hearts Therapy, we believe therapists do their best work when they are trusted, supported, and given flexibility. We are a neurodiversity-affirming pediatric practice focused on quality care, not productivity pressure.

As an independent contractor, you have control over your schedule, caseload preferences, and availability — while still receiving strong administrative and clinical support.
